3. PRODUCTS AND ORDERS

Product Representation: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions, though minor variations in color or appearance may occur due to device settings.

Order Acceptance: Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or inventory shortages.

Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with EU regulations, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.

4. COMPLAINTS & WARRANTIES

Legal Guarantee: In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, all products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery.

Reporting: If you encounter defective or non-conforming goods, please report them to support@siterw.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and photographic evidence.

Resolution: We acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve legitimate quality claims—via repair, replacement, or refund—within 14 days. We act in good faith to ensure customer satisfaction.

5. PRICES AND BILLING

Prices and promotions are subject to change without notice. Posted prices exclude applicable taxes, customs, or shipping fees unless otherwise stated.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure; however, if a carrier confirms a package as lost, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content (text, images, branding, code) is the property of Siterw or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Siterw is powered by Shopify, but all transactions are concluded directly with Siterw. Shopify is released from all liabilities related to your specific transactions.

10. LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION

Services are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. You agree to indemnify Siterw and its affiliates against claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Siterw is headquartered (Romania/EU). Disputes shall first be addressed through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, you may utilize certified EU out-of-court dispute settlement bodies or seek recourse in the jurisdiction of your residence.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
